Pension for the Ex-Legislators and Spouses of the deceased Ex-Legislators As per the Act 04 of 2021 (Revision of Pension), the Ex- Legislators are entitled to draw a monthly pension w.e.f. 30-3-2021, as following:
The Spouse of deceased Ex-Legislator is entitled to receive the same amount of the pension which the deceased member would have been entitled to receive had he been alive, i.e., the minimum pension is rupees 50,000/- and the maximum pension is rupees 70,000/-. |
